Henry E. Grelle, secretary to Commissioner Ott for the last four years, is a candidate for Second District assessor on the Morrison-CCDA ticket. He is the CCDA's Fourth Ward leader. The candidate has been in public life fro 16 years, serving as clerk in the Second District assessor's office before joining Mr. Ott. He earlier had spent 15 years in the photo-engraving business.
