Participating in the re-dedication of Fort Jackson are (from left) Herbert J. Harvey; his son, Herbert Jr.; Mrs. Harvey, and Luke Petrovich, chairman of the centennial observation. In ceremonies at the fort Saturday afternoon Mr. and Mrs. Harvey of New Orleans formally presented the historic site to Plaquemines parish.
