Teenage Orator - Fifteen-year-old Chris Hannan, center, a student at O. Perry Walker High School, will represent the Optimist Club of New Orleans in the statewide Optimist oratorical contest. Joseph Villarrubia, left, state Boy's Work Chairman, and Dr. Charles C. Foti, chapter president, said the zone meet is slated April 14 at the St. Bernard courthouse, with the district contest to follow May 16 in New Orleans.
