DAV Trophies To Be Awarded. Mrs. Ava Marie Gonzales, department commander of the Disabled American Veterans' state auxiliary, receives trophies from various members. Awards are to be presented at The convention in Baton Rouge June 15-17. They're they will be awarded for the following activities in the different auxiliaries: publicity, junior activities, Carville Hospital activity, child welfare, community service and membership.
