James Gibert was installed as president of the board of directors of the Orleans Gallery, 527 Royal, a nonprofit, community supported art gallery. Other officers are Dr. J. Lawrence Hill, first vice president and treasurer; Marcel Livaudais Jr., second vice president, and Norton L. Wisdom Jr., secretary. New board members are Joseph Bernstein, Norman Boothby, Mrs. Paul Fabry, Richard Freeman Jr., and Mrs. Thomas Lemann.
