Bishop Charles P. Greco of the Diocese of Alexandria, Louisiana, delivers his "intervention" on the "Bishops' Duty of Teaching" at St. Peter's Basilica during the current Vatican Council. Several bishops later express their belief that it was the first time a council father had ever been photographed in the act of addressing an Ecumenical assembly. He spoke prior to the arrival of Pope Paul VI.
