Herbert J. Garon has been installed as president of the Sertoma Club of New Orleans. He succeeds Julian G. Baudier, who becomes chairman of the board. Other board members are Louis Koen Jr., Jack H. Broyl, James R. Daboval, William J. Acosta, Henry G. Bauers Jr. and Charles L. Campbell.
