1966 Press Photo Bishop Charles P. Greco displays Papal gift from Pope Paul VI

Bishop Charles P. Greco of Alexandria, Louisiana, displays a triptych of medallions in gold, silver and bronze sent to him by Pope Paul VI. The papal gift was presented to Bishop Greco by Paul Cardinal Marcella, the Pope's lagate to the Congress of the Confraternity of Christian Doctrine which was recently held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The presentation was made in recognition of Bishop Greco's work and leadership in Confraternity work as U.S. Episcopal Chairman of the organization.
