1965 Press Photo Dave Gardner before death in Gulfport, Mississippi plane crash

The fiery crash of a twin-engined DC-3 aircraft in a sparsely wooded field about five miles northwest of here Monday claimed two lives. Ten others aboard the craft were taken to a Gulfport hospital with injuries.
