Looking on is Gwin Lucy Groth (center), chairman of the CAR's Patriotic Education Week, in connection with which the flag was presented. The presentation of the American flag, which was flown over the Capitol in Washington on Constitution Day, opened National Patriotic Education Week Friday afternoon. Ceremonies were held at Madame John's legacy.
