New Officers Installed by Fraya Club. Mrs. Lynn Blanchard was installed as president of the Fraya Social Club during fifth annual ceremonies of the organization Saturday night at Lenfant's restaurant. Mrs. Blanchard succeeds Mrs. Thomas Lingoni, who served as installing officer.
