A British ambassador got "sent" by Papa Celestin's razzmatazz jazz band last night and joined a snake dance to the brassy notes of "When the Saints Go Marching In." The ambassador - Sir Oliver Franks, a one-time college professor - joined in good-naturedly at a dinner in his honor in a New Orleans tradition.
