New leaders of the Louisiana Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Louisiana State Pediatric Society are Dr. G. James Fruthaler of New Orleans, and Dr. Ellen MacKenzie of Gretna. Dr. Fruthaler was chosen as chairman of the academy and Dr. MacKenzie is the new society president.
