Celebrating their golden wedding anniversary Sunday are Mr. and Mrs. Fred F. Fisher Sr. of 1428 Collins in Algiers. They were married in St. Henry's Church in New Orleans, Fisher, 69, is a retired policeman. His wife is 67. They have a daughter, six grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
