1950 Press Photo Grover C. Franks, heads two Masonic groups at Grand Consistory

Heading two Masonic groups, Grover C. Franks, 33 Neron pl., was installed as commander of Ivanhoe Commandery No. 19, Knights Templar, and as illustrious master of Louisiana Council No. 2 , Royal and Select Masters. The ceremonies were held at the Grand Consistory. Franks also heads the New Orleans Masonic drill and degree team, and was an organizer and director of the New Orleans York Rite Association.
