Not much larger than one of the fictional Lilliputians, this tiny girl, found in the street of Taipei, Formosa, begging alms to support her ailing mother, is undergoing examination at the university hospital in Taipei. She's eight years old, just two feet, seven inches tall, and weighs a mere 13 pounds. Her size is indicated by the outstretched palm of Dr. Hwang Pa-Yee.
