Lieutenant Governor James E. Fitzmorris is presented the Mississippi Valley World Trade Association's 22nd annual award Friday night by Alonzo G. Ensenat, awards chairman , at the association's conference banquet at the Hotel. Fitzmorris was cited for his leadership in promoting the port of New Oreans and the Mississippi Valley to the business world.
