Delegates to the Fraternal Order of Police convention at the Roosevelt hotel were winding up the four-day meeting today with the election of officers for 1960. In the race for president of the FOP. Lt. Jack Dudek, of the Cleveland police department, who has led the organization for 13 years, was opposed by Lt. Louis Flocca of Wildwood, New Jersey. Mrs. Elva Frederick, Mrs. Carrie Dickey- New FOP auxiliary leaders.
