Schill, outgoing president, during installation ceremonies at the St. Charles hotel this week. The annual sponsored by the women's auxiliary also honored chairmen of projects during the year. Ernest B. Norman Jr., vice-president, was master of ceremonies. Other new officers are J.A. Haase Sr., treasurer and Emile L. Brehm, secretary.
