Ready for the rough going elements of the Ninth Army are shown as they pulled out of Fort Sam Houston headed for war games in Louisiana. Exercise Sage Brush, largest...since World War II, is scheduled for this fall in the area around Camp Polk. The Ninth Army will serve as the major ground forces headquarters in command of all Army tactical units taking part.
