A "marked decrease" of Orleanians on relief rolls was reported last night by Miss Lillie H. Nairne, director of the Orleans Parish Welfare Department. She spoke at the department's annual meeting, held in Hutchinson Memorial Auditorium, which also featured a forum discussion on the publication of names on welfare roles.
