A record catch in the annual City Limits Tarpon Rodeo hooks the winner's cup for Oswald E. Frey (right) receiving the award from Paul Kalman, president of the New Orleans Tarpon Club. Frey landed the 192-pound silver king during the final month of the rode which extends from July through September. The large cup is passed on to the winner each year. Tarpon Rodeo Winner
