Anthony E. Filibterto is newly elected president of the Louisiana National Guard Officers Club of New Orleans. A lieutenant colonel, he resides at 6511 Argonne. Also elected at recent meeting were Captain Leonard E. Semrick, vice-president; Captain Leonard D. Vanglider, secretary, and Captain Michael Poll, treasurer.
