Miss Mildred Fossier Miss Mildred Fossier was named city welfare director today to succeed Miss Lillie Nairne. Miss Fossier for the past three years has been supervisor of social services at Milne Municipal Boys' Home. She also has served on the staff of Associated Catholic Charities of new Orleans and the division of child welfare, Orleans Parish Department of Public Welfare.
