Billy, a fifth grader at the Holy Rosary School, was selected by Captain William Walker of the Police Department Juvenile Bureau. Shown here with his three-month-old puppy, Tiny, Billy is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Curry J. Firmin. Billy's bike license is No. 4589.
