He's not always that guy with the long white beard. Like an actor on the stage he changes like lightning in real life from one role to the other. "He's what you might call an around-the-calendar guy," says John Tucker, director of the Junior Red Cross for the New Orleans Chapter, and the assistant director Mrs. Ruth Foley. "Every month is a red-letter month for their Santa."
