1974 Press Photo Rosalie Edwards receives award, International Secretaries Assoc

This year's best - Mrs. Rosalie Edwards, left, of the International Harvester Company, was honored as the Secretary of the Year by the New Orleans Chapter of the National Secretaries Association. With her is last year's winner, Miss Rosadel Weber. The award was presented yesterday at a NSA luncheon at the International Hotel.
