Receiving a plaque inscribed "Friend of the Boy" Tuesday is Joe C. Fishman (right), owner of Porters, Incorporated. The plauqe was presented by Vincent Arena, president of the Optimist Club of New Orleans in ceremonies at the club's luncheon in the Roosevelt hotel. Fishman was cited for his support of Youth Appreciation Week activities of the Junior Optimist Club and Optimist club benefits for Milne Boys' Home.
