Donaldsonville, Louisiana - Boys and girls of East Baton Rouge parish walked off with top livestock honors at the South Louisiana State fair here Friday. This, incidentally, was Baton Rouge Day; and a delegation of capital city citizens were on hand to congratulate young cattle and sheep exhibitors.
