1969 Press Photo Consul General of Costa Rica Dr. Esquivel, New Orleans

Dr. Jose Luis Esquivel, chairman and director of the dental school at the University of San Jose, is the new consul general of Costa Rica here. Dr. Esquivel is a graduate of St. Stanislaus College, Bay St. Louis, and of the School of Dentistry at Loyola University. Honorary Consul John Alice, who headed the Costa Rican office for the past few months, continues in this position.
