Navy Leader to Speak At Dedication. John F. Floberg, assistant secretary of the Navy for air, will be principal speaker Saturday when the new Naval Training Center on the lakefront is dedicated. The dedication, Eighth Naval District headquarters said yesterday, will be a formal affair, including inspection of units here, followed by open house at the new station. The center was built at a cost of $500,000 and contains $1 million worth of professional and technical installations.
