1950 Press Photo Officers of Gulf Steamship Claims Association, New Orleans

Head new group A.R. Duplaa of the Delta Line was elected chairman of the Gulf Steamship Claims Association, a new organization, at a dinner meeting recently in Arnaud's. Other officers elected were: R.E. Martinez, Pan-Atlantic Line, vice chairman; Miss Violet Weitzel, Strachan Shipping Company, secretary, and M.R. Hingle, United Fruit Company, treasurer.
