Patrolman Lawrence Englert (far right) of New Orleans Police Department took first place honors in sharp-shooting matches at Camp Perry, Ohio. Patrolman Englert, of 1568 Constance, won over more than 100 participants n the contest. Three other Orleans policemen qualified in the expert class for the matches. They are Captain John Becker, Patrolman Earl Grego and Patrolman Joseph Riche.
