It could be said that Phyllis Eagan worked her way up to being president of the student council at Holy Name of Jesus Mercy Academy. For three years she has been a student council officer. In her sophomore year she was treasurer and in her junior year she was elected secretary. Now she's number one. What happened to the vice-presidency? She said the top two offices went to seniors; and she obviously couldn't hold both.
