Mr. and Mrs. Fred S. Drumm, 4916 Carondelet, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary yesterday. Both 81 years old, they have three sons, six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Drumm is a retired passenger conductor for the Southern Pacific railroad. New Orleans
