Observing their 50th wedding anniversary Sunday at the VFW Hall at 3001 River Road are Mr. and Mrs. William Devine. Devine, a retired Wild Life and Fisheries agent, is 71. Mrs. Devine is 68. The couple has six children, 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Both are natives of New Orleans.
