1958 Press Photo Mr. & Mrs. Joseph de Villentrol Celebrate 50th, New Orleans

The half-century mark of their wedded life was reached Saturday by Mr. and Mrs. Joseph B. de Villentrol Sr, 1422 St. Louis, pictured at festivities which followed a vow-renewal service at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. The celebration was held at the house of a son, Joseph B Jr, 5173 Elysian Fields. The elder de Villentrols are natives of France and long-time residents of New Orleans. He is 84 years old, she is 76. They have two sons, two daughters, 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
