Ebeier Jr., head of state police in the New Orleans area as commander of Troop B, at a testimonial dinner Monday at the Hilton Inn. From left are Jack P.F. Gremillion, state attorney-general and principal speaker; Captain and mrs. Ebeier, and John R. Lambert, representing a group of Jefferson Parish business and professional men sponsoring the dinner.
