A well-bemedaled general, who has been a rated flying officer longer than any other officer now on duty, will be honored Wednesday at Keesler Field in Biloxi, Mississippi. He is Major General E.L. Eubank, 62, who will be feted on his retirement after 37 years of military service. He has been a rated flying officer for 36 years.
