Jack Fulkner was installed as president of the Young Women's Christian Association of New Orleans in ceremonies at the YWCA Gentilly Building, 3200 St. Bernard Ave. Other new officers are Mrs. Brooke H. Duncan II, first vice president; Mrs. A.M. Williams, second vice-president; Mrs. A.J. Young Jr., corresponding secretary; Mrs. Langston Reed, recording secretary; and Mrs. J.W. Jackson, treasurer.
