Two Leave for Europe -- The Orleanians left yesterday for foreign trips sponsored by the Civil Air Patrol. They are Cadet Jean G. Charitat, 2222 Gentilly, who will tour Turkey and other European countries, and Lt. Col. Joe T. Dupree, 1200 Lowerline, deputy commander of the Louisiana Wing, CAP. Col. Dupree will visit Spain.
