Mrs. Robert L. Dubose, new president of the Riverland Heights Civic and Improvement Association, was elected and installed Wednesday night. Her husband was elected vice-president. Others elected include Mrs. Patricia Yokum, secretary; J. P. Saley, treasurer, and Paul Womack, Stanley Cruthirds, Carroll Felder and Lloyd Townsend, members of the board.
