Ralph Dupas signals that his weight problems are over this morning before boarding a place for Houston at Moisant Airport. The local light-weight, who meets Joe Brown Wednesday night in an all-New Orleans bout for the world lightweight championship, tipped the scales at 138 today after breakfast. He weighed 1351/2 last night after a workout at St. Mary's gym. The lightweight limit is 135. Looking on are co-managers Whitey Esneault, center and Angelo Dundee.
