1950 Press Photo Ray Rich. Henry Dupre & Harold Wheelahan honored at luncheon

Ray Rich, WDSU-TV; Henry Dupre, WWI, and Harold Wheelahan, WSME mgr., among radio men in attendance. Screen star George Murphy, who has been in New Orleans for the past two days as part of a national tour to learn the public's likes and dislikes in movie fare, was honored at a luncheon given by MGM officials yesterday in the Pan American Room of The Roosevelt. In attendance were members of the Press, radio, television studio officials and others. Murphy is also serving as the industry's roving ambassador on the tour.
