Duncan Plaza - Members of the Duncan family gather as Mayor Moon Landrieu (center) speaks during dedication of a marble marker in Duncan Plaza to the man for whom the plaza was named, the late Brooke Helm Duncan Sr. The marker, located at the intersection of Gravier and Loyola Streets, was dedicated Wednesday. Duncan was the city's first City Planner, appointed by the late Mayor "Chep" Morrison.

Photo is dated 1976.
