Sheriff William S. Coci displays firearms that were found, along with a suitcase of money, when Jefferson parish deputies Monday investigated Earl Stanley Elliott of Orlando, Fla., after he was stopped by Kenner police for running a red light. The man reportedly admitted burglary of an Orlando department store early Sunday.
