Senator Adrian G. Duplantier agrees to ten-day truce. Taking part in the meeting in Judge Mitchell's office were Parker; Cicero Sessions, attorney for Chandler and Time Incorporated, publishers of Life; and State Senator Adrian G. Duplantier, chairman of the legislative committee. Chandler was called in during the meeting's later stages. Senator Duplantier flew in by helicopter from Baton Rouge to attend Tuesday's court session. He was accompanied by State Representative Carl W. Bauer of Franklin, also a committee member.
