Joseph DiVincenti Criminal Judge Hertz today continued trial of the safe robbery case against Joseph DiVincenti without date, pending arguments on a motion Monday. The continuance was granted after Executive Assistant District Attorney George Gulotta filed a motion to subpoena a number of tape recordings in the possession of Criminal Sheriff Grosch.
