Signing act of sale to purchase 300-acre tract for a new corporation, St. Martin's Green Acres, is the Reverend David Colony (seated, left), chairman of the board. At right is Hathorn Eddy, who sold his estate to the group, and standing is J. McKee Gould Jr., president of the corporation. The art of sale was signed Friday in the officer of Claude Duke, attorney for the corporation.
