Harry L. Crawford, United States customs agent here, and Mrs. M. R. Clements, customs seizure clerk, show boxes containing 15,000 rounds of ammunition seized in connection with a plot to supply Ecuador with bullets. Federal agents today were holding two seamen in connection with a plot to smuggle 15,000 rounds of ammunition to Ecuador.
